This hotel is my go-to choice! It has 24-hour reception, a fitness center, and in-room breakfast. I'll never forget how helpful the staff was when they helped me find my lost wallet. I highly recommend this place!

it has particularly good location with restaurants and bars walk from the place. the airport is 15 km away.

Everything was absolutely fine, so were particularly good views of the bay. The room was nicely refurbished and the location great and handy, in a safe neighbourhood. It was also next to subways, restaurants, and the cross island parkway.

We visited the arena for a hockey game and checked out nearby restaurants. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed free breakfast every morning. The parking was a huge plus. Clean rooms and great location made it easy to get around. Definitely recommend this place for group stays.

The AC in my room wasn't working well, a bit uncomfortable, especially on warmer days. It would have been nice to get a heads up about that.

Bathroom was really clean and it has onsite free parking...A big plus in NY. Stayed one night prior to my flight and it was at a great distance from jfk.

I enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a convenient Keurig machine for my morning caffeine fix, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay this busy city. As someone who loves exploring, I was thrilled to find that the hotel is just a short stroll away from beautiful parks like Alley Pond Park and Crocheron Park, perfect spots to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Nice overall experience. The hotel is fairly clean, nestled in the nice building with super friendlystaff. Reasonably priced, well-appointed and good-sized room on the upper floors. Painless check-in and late check-out, parking on-site. Everything fine.

The staff was very accommodating when we discovered that the room we booked had only 1 bed and they found us a room that was available with a bed and pull out couch. We liked the breakfast that was included in the price.

The staff really stood out. They were attentive, including fresh waffles each morning. I loved the convenience of free parking and the easy access to public transportation for quick trips to Manhattan. One downside was the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the room cool during warmer days.
